In the heart of the Tequila region of Mexico, Antonio Torres, my father, shared his vision of world class tequila with my siblings and me on our family farm in Jalisco, Mexico. “Great tequila begins here…” my father used to say as we stood overlooking the countless rows of Blue Agave Weber on our family’s farm in Jalisco, a small town in the heart of the Tequila Region of Mexico. Nobleza Azul Tequila starts with estate grown premium blue agave, which is harvested and painstakingly handcrafted by the certified Agaveros of the Torres family.

Uliziling only the finest, mature blue agave harvested from the Torres Family farms located in the rich volcanic soil of the highlands of Jalisco, Nobleza Azul Ultra Premium Tequila is produced using proven old world processes. You will see in the video that some of our fields are so remote, that they can only be accessed by mules and horses.

Mules and horses are used to gather the agave from the highlands of Jalisco. We use them to carry the pina’s back down the mountain to the trucks where we take them to the distillery for processing and aging.
